One of our top principles is to offer natural, regional, and additive-free products to our guests during their vacation. We serve the fruits we grow in our own gardens as jam, dessert, and fruit juice. Additionally, we also offer cold-pressed olive oil from the 290 olive trees we have, as well as pomegranate molasses that we cook over a wood fire. Our breakfasts, made with fresh vegetables picked from our organic garden every morning, gain color and flavor from the vegetables and fruits we get from local producers and the fertile soils of Izmir. Our aim is to nourish your stomach and soul with natural ingredients in our dishes.
