GUESTRANET name is coming from the words “GUEST” and “INTRANET”. “Guestranet” is a new generation software for you to manage, measure and report your guests.  

Gustranet is a multi-function application that you can run on iOs, Android and all web browsers. The application has been updated with lots of new functions constantly.

Guestranet is working on 13 languages and recognize the users operating system’s default language automatically and starts regarding to this language. Once the user starts the app, it will directly begins to collect data and comminicate with the guest by the support of an artifical intelligence.

HOTSPOT Module : This module lets your guests (and all staff) connect to hotels wi-fi broadcast with a secure way. Users had to give their room number and date of birth just one time to pass the autentication. After this step, guest will be able to connect hotel wi-fi till the day they left.  

GuestAD Module : This is the module you can send notification and advertisement to your guests. Also you may mail to them if you want.

GuestEngine CRM Module : Interact with your guests by collecting various data. These datas will be processed to create satisfaction reports. If one of the guests satisfaction report is below your defined standard, then hotels CRM department will be notified automatically. You will catch the dissatisfied guests before they leave your hotel.

GuestTouch Module : Your guest can order whatever you want in the hotel area. You may start to sell more then ever with this module’s “push notifications”. You may announce everything to all your guests. You may send a celebration message to a guest for her/his birthday, marriage anniversary and so on.

Operation Center : As the manager of the system, this is the screen that you and your CRM staff will follow the feedbacks. You will have daily and weekly reports about your hotels general satisfaction.

Guestscreen Module : All the screens (smart TVs) in your facility can be managed by this module. You can broadcast adds, announcments and activities anytime, everywhere.

GuestFood Module : With the usage of this module, you will able to show all types of foods on a screen at your restaurant areas. This information will include the name of the food, allergen content, photo of the food, ingredient of the food.
