The staff have been excellent here. Always friendly and happy to help. Yhe service has been 5*. Everyone has been excellent with my daughter and she enjoyed the activities available to her. The cleaning team always did an amazing job. Overall we have found Haydarpasha to be an excellent family hotel and will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Everything about our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. ALL staff were friendly and welcoming. Very clean and well maintained. Facilities were great for kids and adults as was the entertainment. Food was delicious and varied. Overall a brilliant holiday experience and can't wait to visit again next year.
