CHECK-İN CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Our guests check-in time is 14:00, afternoon. Guests may check-in earlier in order if there is any availability.
Our check-out time is 12:00. After 12:00, keycards won't be opening the doors. For extended stay and late check-out, please talk with the reception team.
You can do paid late check-outs if there is any availabilty.
HOTEL MOBİLE APPLİCATİON
You can use our application with the QR code you can find and see at the reception, elevator/lift or in your rooms. With the application, you can reach to the menus of our restaurant and spa, and make an order for room service.
Also, you can send your request and needs with the application.
Please fill the survey in order to make us keep our service quality better and continious.
SAFE
There is one safe in every room. You can see the manuel on safe itself. Please don't leave your valueables laying around or at easily reachable places in the room. Please contact to reception if the safe locks itself.
INTERNET CONNECTİON
Wi-Fi- Internet connection is provided for our guests without any charges by our hotel. After check-in proccess, you can login to "pearlyhotel" Wi-Fi network by entering your room number and birthdate as day-month-year format. Personal information is stored under KVKK (Personal Information Safety Law) By Turkiye laws.
You can select Temporary Connection option after your check-in process for a temporary connection.
HOUSE KEEPİNG
Room cleaning service is given daily. General cleaning, refreshment of amanities, control of tea and coffee and minibar are made daily.
Please leave your used towels to the floor for towel change. Hanging towels are accepted as clean and unused. For this reason hanging towels are not changed.
Also, please leave your "change card" on your bed for bed-linen and sheet change. If contrary, your bed-linen and sheets won't be changed because of our nature love and water-saving purposes.
FAİLURE NOTİFYİNG AND REQUESTS
AFter your check-in to our hotel, you can use the QR code in your room to login our hotels application. With this application, you can send your requests to us. Request like Failure, towels, Pillows and such are automaticly sent to us.
MINIBAR
The drinks on the minibar, which you can see in your room are charged and priced. You can see the pricelist on the minibar.
While check-out, you can pay the total price of minibar usage to the reception.
TEA AND COFFE SET-UP
The tea, coffee and one litre of water which you can infront of the mirror in your room are our offer.
AİR CONDİTİONER
Air Conditioners are set-up by us according to the season. If you experience any problem, please report it to the reception. Please change the settings of the air conditioner.
PİLLOW MENU
Our rooms has soft pillows by default. You can ask reception for hard and ortopedical pillows.
IRON SERVİCE
If you request Iron and Ironing Board, it will be delivered to your room by House Keeping by considering availability. You have the responsibility of the usage of iron.
LAUNDRY AND DRY-CLEANİNG
Our hotel does not have any laundry and dry cleaning service by itself. If you want, you can get help from reception to get outside/ third-party service.
NO SMOKING
None of the room in our hotel allows smoking.
EMERGENCY
Incase of any earthquakes, fire, etc. please follow the instructions behind your room's door. For other instructions, please contact reception by pressing/ calling 0 with the phone in your room.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served at Riviera Costa Bistro between 08:00 - 11:00 in the morning. You can get tea, filter coffe and water with your continental breakfast during breakfast time without any price. Juices, other coffee products and other foods are charged. Please get information from waiters.
RİVİERA COSTA
Our hotel can serve you lunch and dinner with Turkish cousine and world kitchen in the bistro which you can find in the front of our hotel, and you can enjoy your meal with the most beautiful mediterrian view.
SPA CENTER - TURKISH BATH - SAUNA - FITNESS
Le Spa, which you can find on the ground floor of our hotel is open between 09:00 and 21:00.
Our guests can enjoy Turkish Bath, Sauna -Steam Bath-, and fitness saloon without any charges. Massages and skin-care processes are charged. For more information and reservation you can dial 226 to direct connection to Spa Center.
BEACH
Our hotel does not have private beach to its own. You can enjoy Konyaalti Beach which is public beach. If you want to rent umbrellas and sunbeds you can use private beaches.
You can get your free beach towels from our spa center.
CONCİERGE
If you want to get to know the region better, get information about places to visit and see, and make an activity program during your stay, you can use our hotel application program. In addition, our reception staff will assist you. You can use the Concierge disk for airport transfer, car rental and other issues.
