CAR RENTAL (RENT-A-CAR):

In case you wish to rent a car, our Reception Desk staff shall be glad to assist you.

CHANGE:

You can change money at the Reception Desk 24 hours a day.

CHECK-IN:

Time of room allocation in our Hotel is 14:00. However, within the bounds of possibility, our Reception Desk staff shall assist the guests who have arrived earlier in the allocation of their rooms.

CHECK-OUT:

In order to enable us having readied the room for the next guest arriving after you have checked-out, please deliver your towel card and armband to the Reception Desk latest until 12:00 hours on the day of check-out. For late check-out, please contact the Reception Desk; late check-out is subject to a charge. Depending on the availability of the room, we shall be glad to be of assistance to you.

COMPLAINTS:

For your complaints, please consult either the Reception Desk or the Guestrelations Relations Department.

CONFERENCE I CONGRESS / BANQUET:

In our hotel there are three meeting rooms of various sizes. Our meeting rooms may be prepared for your meetings of all kinds. For more information, please contact the Reception Desk.
