SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX:

There is a safety deposit box in your room which is free of charge.

Please lock your valuables in the safe box*.

Otherwise the Hotel Management shall not be held responsible for the loss of valuables, money or jewelries.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Please do not smoke in the room.

Do not leave your smoldering cigarette unattended and do not throw it outside.

Do not dump the ashes into the waste basket.

Using all kinds of cooking, heating appliances and irons in the rooms is extremely dangerous.

Please read the FIRE INSTRUCTIONS that you will find behind the room door.

SAUNA

You can benefit from the sauna within our Hotel's Wellness Center free of charge.

SECURITY:

Our Hotel has two main entrances. The entrances are under the surveillance of the security staff for 24 hours. Furthermore, there are patrolling security guards on the coastline.The hotel is monitored by surveillance cameras round the clock.

SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WITH OR WITHOUT CHARGE:

You can get necessary information through the information text provided to you during check-in.

SHARED TAXI (DOLMUŞ):

In order to go to Side or Manavgat, shared taxies always pass by the Main Gate of the Hotel.

SHOPPING CENTER:

Either within the hotel or outside, you can find shops such as market, hair dresser, souvenir shop, jewelry shop, bag shop, boutique, pharmacy etc.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

For special organizations, please consult the Guest Relations Department.

SWIMMING POOL:

In our hotel, there are seven pools which consist of 2 big size swimming pools, 2 slide pools, 1 indoor pool and 1 kiddy pool. Instructions regarding the use of the pools are found near every pool, and you definitely have to read those instructions.

Maintenance and cleaning works of the swimming pools are performed from 2000 hours until 0800 hours. We kindly request you not to get in the pools between these hours.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN GET IN THE POOL OR SEA UNATTENDED.
